Review Group "B"

Part one

Ground Floor- by Ino and David
it has laundry, mud room, lounge, mail center, and community garden outside.
Its overall atmosphere was very warm and welcoming both the residents and the visitors. There is a visible walls which provide more open sight. Its cozy lobby area was very impressive. They successfully designed layout which embraces entire floor together with a concept. Moreover, outside garden area also impressive which considers the residents lives.

1st Floor- by Kalani, Chares, and kelsey
It has office, reception, lounge, convenience store, and the cafe.
They mixed two mood which was the vintage and the modern. the 1st floor had more like residential mood which is good I think. They manipulated two different ceiling materials which divide areas rather than using partition walls to divide spaces.

2nd Floor- by Jeff and Felicia
They designed gym, multi-purpose room, conference room, lounge, and child care center.
I like their overall of sculptural shape layout which provides smooth and comfortable feeling. Their track around gym was good idea, but since it is narrow wide, people need to care about others who is running in the track.

PART TWO

Team Work
Our 2nd floor did not really work well between each space, so I think there needs some more considerations to make it work better for the next time.
